Resources and support systems to reduce employee turnover rates and enhance employee engagement

As part of our Institutional Partnership Program, we have recognized the importance of addressing the high turnover rate and its impact on employee productivity and morale. The high costs associated with turnover, which can range from 50% to 200% of an employee's salary, are forcing companies to develop proactive strategies to retain talent and create a cohesive work environment.

Focus on a diverse workforce

Our approach emphasizes the importance of building a diverse workforce that not only fosters cohesion and a sense of belonging, but also drives business growth and profitability. Creating an inclusive culture enables organizations to leverage the unique perspectives and skills of their employees, leading to greater innovation and performance.

Why do these things matter?

01

Challenges in the integration of foreign employees

We also recognize the complex challenges associated with integrating foreign workers into local communities. Without effective assimilation, social fragmentation, cultural conflict and economic inequality can occur. Foreigners face language barriers, limited employment opportunities and difficulties in accessing public services, which hinders their contribution to the local economy. At the same time, the local population may feel threatened, which can lead to social tensions.

02

Solution-oriented approach

Our program focuses on implementing effective integration measures and fostering community support to overcome these challenges. We strive to promote harmony in diverse societies and ensure that foreign workers and the local population thrive together.
