Our mission is to promote and assist the effective and equitable integration of foreign workers into the workplaceforce and community through educational programs, trainings and workshops, for employees and employers, while raising awareness of inclusion and cultural diversity and enhancing working conditions in collaboration with employers.


We offer a range of educational initiatives aimed specifically at foreign workers and their employers. These programs emphasize the rights and responsibilities of employees and the cultural differences they may face. In addition, we organize conferences, round tables, public discussions, media campaigns and information events to promote integration and understanding of society in general. Our aim is to provide both employees and employers with the necessary skills and knowledge to overcome complex challenges.
